Working Session on the Authority’s Permanent Call Center

As part of the preparations for the upcoming electoral events, Mr. Farouk Bouasker, President of the Authority, chaired on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, in the presence of the members of the Authority’s Council, a working session with a number of departments and services responsible for implementing and monitoring the various projects scheduled by the Authority.

The session was devoted to reviewing the measures taken to implement the recommendations issued during the previous meeting dedicated to the project of the Authority’s permanent call center, particularly those related to preparing a study on the possible development and maintenance works for the space allocated to this project within the Regional Directorate for Elections in Tunis, following the field visit carried out by a working team from the Authority to the regional directorate in Kasbah upon instructions from the President of the Authority.

Following this, the floor was opened for discussions between the members of the Authority’s Council and representatives of the concerned departments in order to clarify certain information presented by the relevant services and to provide a number of recommendations and proposals aimed at completing this project under the best conditions and as soon as possible, in a manner that ensures the center can carry out its duties permanently, efficiently, and in the best possible way.

On this occasion, the President of the Authority reiterated the importance of this project, which falls within the priorities of the Authority’s strategic plan and reflects the Council’s commitment to enhancing communication performance with citizens and the external environment.
