Mr. Farouk Bouasker, President of the Authority, chaired a working session on Friday, March 6, 2026, devoted to the Authority’s integrated management system, in the presence of members of the Authority’s Council, representatives of the Council’s office, as well as representatives from the various executive departments and services concerned with the use of this system.
This session was dedicated to reviewing the progress made in implementing the recommendations issued by Council members during the previous meeting, particularly with regard to the levels of use of the different applications provided by the integrated management system and their linkage with other systems in use.
In this context, a number of proposals were presented to accelerate the full utilization of these applications and to resolve any technical, operational, or administrative issues that may hinder their use, in a way that strengthens governance and promotes digital management of the administrative and financial affairs of the Authority’s various departments and services, both centrally and regionally.
At the conclusion of the session, the President of the Authority reaffirmed the Council’s commitment to ensuring that all concerned departments implement these recommendations, each within its respective field of competence, and prepare a detailed report on the available applications, the utilization rate of each application, and a timeline for the next phases aimed at achieving full use of these applications at both the central and regional levels. These will be presented during the next meeting dedicated to this project.
